What We’re Reading This Weekend
Happy weekend, you guys! I’m currently writing this in our hotel room overlooking San Antonio. It’s our first time here! We love Texas (check out this post on how to spend 48 hours in Dallas) and are already making plans to come back. You just can’t go wrong with sunshine, brisket, and margaritas!
I have lots of links this week since last week was crazy. Consider this a double dipping! Have a great weekend!

Last weekend, I attended the Dorothy Draper Decorating School at The Greenbrier. The entire weekend was fabulous, and I came back with piles of notes, reading, and so much inspiration. Check out my Instagram highlights for a few of my favorite photos.

What we’re wanting
This oh-so-perfect purse for your end of winter getaways
I’ve never heard of Earl Grey but I’m definitely gonna be trying these soon! 💙☕️ I do have one question and I apologize if you’ve ever answered it before, but how do you prevent your cupcakes from getting that crazy domed top that cupcakes can get? 😭 I’ve made so many cupcakes from scratch and that always ruins how mine look! Yours are always so fluffy yet have the best flat top for piping on! Keep it up! 😁
Thanks so much! Let me know how they go! Cupcakes can be so high maintenance, right? I always watch to make sure my eggs and butter are as close to room temp as possible and that my dry ingredients are all sifted together. Sometimes I’ll cheat and melt the butter in the microwave, then stick it in the freezer for a few minutes to bring it back down to room temp. Whatever works! Hope this helps!
