Faux marble cutting board (similar here; real here); Chef’s Santoku knife
These little guys are our go-to’s when it comes to tailgating, snacks for the road, and appetizers for outdoor entertaining. The best part? They’re so simple.
Here’s what you need:
Wraps of your choice
Deli meats and cheeses of your choice (we used ham, turkey, provolone, and swiss)
Mustard or condiment of your choice
That’s it!
To make the wraps, lay one flat, then spoon on a bit of mustard (or your topping of choice) as you would if you were saucing a pizza. Leave about two inches from the edge to avoid a sticky mess.

Then, lay a few slices of cheese, followed by a few slices of deli meat.
Roll it up carefully and slice off the two edges to keep everything straight and looking clean.
Next, stick the skewers in an inch or two apart and slice.
Repeat for another layer or leave them with one pinwheel per skewer.
Voila! They’re the perfect little snack.
