Putting together Easter baskets and Valentine’s goodies is one of my love languages. I started early this year, so sharing what we have so far for our toddler’s basket. You can watch the video by clicking on the image below or here. Sharing a few favorite fillers below:
If you’re looking for more ideas – for baby/1-year-old – and more, peep our Easter Basket Collection on LTK!
Dylan’s Candy Bar – These kabobs are the cutest! Love their bags of Easter candy which are perfect for filling eggs. These little lollipop climbers are too cute. Ours sold out early, but the bunnies are so fun.
Hobby Lobby – I snagged the Crayola bath pens, Lindt chocolate bunnies and duck bubbles at our local Hobby Lobby and highly recommend stopping by yours. Easter items are 40% off right now at ours. They also had lots of fun outdoor activities in stock for sunny days ahead.
Target – Not in this video are a few Target finds, like these Kinetic Sand Eggs. I know. I have a love/hate relationship with Kinetic Sand, but it’s nothing a handheld vacuum cleaner can’t fix at the end of the day. I also grabbed another bunny-themed sand toy and play doh toy. They were both under $5 each, so perfect basket fillers. This Easter play doh kit is also on sale for just over $5.
Jacques Torres – One of my favorite memories is spending Easter in Bordeaux. It was magical sharing a special holiday in a foreign city – it pulled the city together in a way that I won’t ever forget it. The chocolate shops in Bordeaux were also filled with chocolate animals – not just rabbits as in the U.S. Since then, I’ve always opted for big chocolate chicks, piglets and the occasional rabbit. Jacques Torres is my source stateside for these and I’ve yet to be disappointed.
Ooly – Always a favorite. I love their coloring books, crayons, stickers, and more. Check out their site (15% off Easter items going on now) or shop through a number of small businesses and stores like The Beaufort Bonnet Company. This take-along sketchbook is a favorite of ours, especially for traveling. I also grabbed these alphabet stickers, which I know will be a big hit. I can’t emphasize enough though – if your little is big into crafts, head to Ooly’s site and load up. You won’t regret it. The quality is so good.
Jojo Mommy – One of my favorite shops in Dallas. This little bubble tumbler is so fun – and different! They also make it in a different style, which I also grabbed and put in our Valentine’s mailbox. This alphabet chalk is too cute – and we love a good puzzle over here.
Little Lane Shop – Another favorite small business of mine. Pick up a pull-back carrot car, stickers, sports balls, or a popper ball. I also spotted these light-up bendy lights and have high hopes for it.
And, if you’re local, make sure and swing by Monday’s Child, Pippin Toy Co., and The Purple Goose, who always, always bring their A-game when it comes to adorable, well-curated gifts.
